reason of this test is to compare both Teleconvertors on the
latest professional Nikkor lens. TC20E-III was designed for usage
on Nikkor 300/2.8 VR II
and therefore lets have a look how it performs in comparison to
the older TC model.

Its evident that the version 2 makes colors much more warmer than
third generation. As you may see in full croped images also third
generation performs much better with this lens. Its sharper and
more detailed.
Also i would say the color rendition is more accurate.
